It's amazing how far a little communication can get you.

We are bundles of energy, floating around,
bumping into each other.

If we don't open up,
we'll keep bumping,
and zapping.

But if we open up,
we can flow freely
through each other,
passed each other.

Open up,
breath,
take it in,
push it out.

(Should that be passed or past???)

I still can't figure out when to use passed/past either.

so i think of 'passed' as a verb and 'past' as a noun like (future and past). so i'm thinking it might be passed, bc you're moving by a person. it still doesn't look right tho!

I think it's past. I have the same thought process about it as you do, but I always get corrected.
so... I looked it up, and it's a proposition
"16. in a direction so as to pass by or go beyond: We went past the house by mistake"

I feel really nerdy right now, but really happy that I solved this riddle
