UNT had a bunch of current/former student records stolen -- SSNs, some credit card numbers, and other personal information. I'm from the class of '01 and apparently my SSN was on the server that was compromised.

Good thing that for Class of 2000 our student ID *was* our Social Security number. Hackers had two chances to steal it! Go go UNT!

I haven't been on-line because I'm at home, but yep, UNT sent me a notice in the mail. At least they're letting you know when they let you get screwed, eh?
