Yay Earth! And no Kara dying in the nebula/mandala. It totally works as an ending, but only if you have an epilogue where you can wrap up the non-Kara/Lee parts of the story - the rag tag fleet finding Earth and settling, what happens to the final five, and if Leoben is gone for good, or at least done with making trouble for Kara.

Thank you so much for reading. I'm glad that you liked it. And yes, a wrap-up with everyone getting to tset foot on earth would be good. And as far as I'm concerned, Leoben is LONG GONE!

So, I loved the ending although I am a mite bit curious about the fleet finding earth.

I really loved this. I loved that Kara didn't die and she got to confront Leoben.

I do think this works as an ending for Lee and Kara but I would love see the fleet find Earth and may be see Kara chopping down trees to builts cabins. An epilogue would be fun!

Well done! I've really enjoyed reading this story, I hope there are more K/L fics to come.:)

I've been reading this over the past few days and I really enjoyed it. It was dark and troubling most of the time but I enjoyed that it gave Lee a chance to stand by her and her a chance to finally realise Lee was worth her trust. The stuff with Kacey was adorable, the bright spark in Kara's darkness. I was curious as to where you were going with Sam's crazy Cylon behaviour and I thought it was pretty cool to have it actually be Leoben who was controlling him. The ending was great. Very satisfying. They found Earth and they love each other and they finally have a chance at a future. As far as continuing, I think an epilogue set in the future (weeks, months or even a couple of years) would be gratifying, but if you're done with this story then there's nothing wrong with leaving it here. Their future is bright and open. What could be better than that?

Thank you so much for taking the time to read and to respond. I'm so glad that you found this a satisfying tale for our troubled pilots. I agree that an epilogue set a bit in the future would not be a bad idea. And I probably will add it at some point, but I can't make any immediate promises!
