Major Wishlist to Apply to Study Abroad :3!

I was thinking Japanese people might have trouble pronouncing my name, so I think I will tell them instead of Kathleen -> Kyasurin that they can just call me -> Karin (カリン, かりん, 夏林, or 夏鈴) instead, hehe ^^. I did the same with my last name and it turned out as Kurono or 黒野 so together it is Kurono Karin, haha I am having too much fun, but it can be an alias or something xP, 黒野夏鈴 It translates to black field summer bell. Sounds pretty bad ass if you ask me, haha, I could make many stories about each meaning. Like separating it as Kuro no Karin would translate as the black Karin or the black summer bell. Hehe, sounds like a good name for a fighter or great starting point for plot with an anime character girl with that name x3

I did the same with my boyfriend's first and last name so Christian -> Kurisuchan -> Kishin (紀信) instead. For last name, Shiina 椎名. Together it is Shiina Kishin, 椎名紀信. I see the na used in namae for name and the shin for shinjite which means believe so I do quite like it so far and will consult my co-workers for the rest of the meanings x3. I am excited and hopeful to find the other two kanji meanings out ^^.

Now I can make on of those love umbrellas for us, Shiina Kishin and Kurono Karin. Hooray, hehe x3. 椎名紀信 | 黒野夏鈴 Hypothetically my alias could become Shiina Karin 椎名夏鈴, no more black and some name and something else added, hooray-ish, hehe x3.

I took quite a liking to that name when looking up the meaning for Karin actually, and it is taken from letters already in the Japanese pronunciation of my name anyways, but I found out Karin may be written with the characters for "summer" (ka) and "forest" or "bell" for 'rin' - among other possibilities. Such a cute name, I love it <3! I will be looking forward to it as one of the many perks of studying abroad in the future :P!

Also I was thinking I could be Amerikathleen in Japan, lol x3. Ahh when the time comes, when the time comes xP......
