1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cups vegetable broth
2 cups water
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp sriracha
1 tbsp soy sauce
12 pieces vegetable gyoza
Saute onion and garlic in oil until onions are translucent. In a pot, mix all the ingredients and simmer until gyoza is cooked. Makes 2-4 servings.
