yeah, but you forgot the bit where we got to get beat on (and do some beating of our own) with the foamies :D

and, of course, the 'graduation' to novice :D

and if it makes ya feel better... my butt was totally sore yesterday (think it was all the hindu squats) and today I have some soreness in my forearms still.

yeah, I'm sore across the chest, which I think is because of the way I was throwing the balls. Note to self, don't try to sidearm a medicine ball.

yeah, I think it is also good to switch up the side you do it on, even out the workout a bit.

and if nothing else, it will make the soreness uniform, which I think is easier to handle than having one bit sore, and the other not.

At least you didn't get hit by one of the balls because you were paying attention to the other one that was coming towards you. (Yes, J told me that story.) He was not happy about that one.:)

this is exactly the reason why we did it. It's a situational awareness drill more than anything. J failed it. I bet, however, he won't get so focused on one ball that he doesn't know where the other one is ever again.
