why am I even still reading fanficrants

I am sick of people getting righteous and jumping on others for using terms like "twat." Sorry but using the term does not automatically = sexism against women and misogyny.

Get the fuck over yourselves, militant feminists.

I curiously checked that place out the other day. All I'll say is, why *do* you read it still?

Yeaaah. I checked it out and after seeing someone say something along the lines of it being impossible to be sexist towards men (well technically that it was impossible to be -ist towards the priviledged majority, but the discussion was about sexism).. I think my brain blanked out and I closed the tab.

It is possible to be sexist towards men, stfu ignorant people. My brother has experienced sexism.

Hold me? I'm scared of the stupid people.

Hear, hear! I get the same thing for using the C word as a gender-neutral term of insult. (I picked up the tendency when visiting the UK as a teenager-- the usage is very common there.) I consider myself a feminist, BTW. But political correctness drives me batty. If it's OK to use "dick" as an insult, it's OK to use feminine terms.

I can't fathom people sometimes. It's like their brain triggers at certain thigns and they imagine and assume all these motives and close their logical thinking processes.
