Feta is made with goats' milk in Greece, yes. However, in the United States (especially in Wisconsin), feta is generally made with cows' milk.

We all know Wikipedia is never wrong.

Tell me this.. is Goat Cheese = Feta?

No Tom...goat cheese doesn't necessarily = Feta...just as All Men aren't Husbands (but all Husbands are Men)....jeesh. Don't EVEN try that logic shit on me. I'll kick your ass ;P

..and I don't eat Feta made in Wisconsin.
