oh my god goettaaaaaaaa! My favorite breakfast food EVER! I'm so happy I'm going home this weekend so I can partake of its syrupy goodness.

Wait, you put syrup on it? Never heard of it that way. I just like it with ketchup. sometimes I'll put hot sauce on it. Arterial bliss!

Perhaps we should establish some sort of New Glarus/Cheese versus Goetta/Larosa's Sauce/Skyline trade program when any of us go back home. I've managed to get a few people in Cincinnati hooked on Wisconsin beer.

The last time I drove back from Cincinnati I brought a friend of mine a cheesesteak sub from Penn Station. Longest delivery ever. And she didn't even tip!

Also, I love that Icon. I may have to yoink it :p

It's a big battle in my family. Some of my cousins put syrup on it, others don't. I am firmly in the syrup camp. If I weren't flying, I'd be bringing some beer with me. And I'd be bringing some Ale-8 back!

I got the icon from iconzicons.livejournal.com - so many great ones!

I have never heard of putting syrup on goetta. I'm intrigued, but hesitant to be so daring with my limited stock of pork precious.

And Ale 8 is the freakin' win. Though I hear Sprecher makes a mean ginger ale.
