You should probably get in touch with a vet...there is a possibility that the cat freaking out could have something wrong with it's central nervous system...perhaps it got into something, or had a seizure/stroke/etc....

Possibly, but she's fine with me, wants attention and comfort from me, and purrs when I pet her. Her problem is only with One. If it's still going on when I get home from work tomorrow, though, I will call a vet.
