I'm back for my yearly post! Thought I'd stop in for a quickie. Looks like everyone is doing well. Daniel lives near me now which is great, we get tipsy and ride the metro...you gotta love un-processed beer. So what have I missed

:) No more starter for me. You can make it from scratch I hear, but it's not always easy. I always thought it required potato flakes, but this recipe doesn't...
