So I'm trying to get back to my skinny self I was about a year ago. I actually got up at 7:30 this morning (I usually get up around 9:00 cause I don't have to be at work till 10:00) and hit the row machine, treadmill, did crunches and lifted weights. 3000 meters on the row machine, only 1/4 mile on the treadmill, 60 crunches, and 50 weight lifty
