They say that curiosity killed the cat. In my case, domestication must have bred them. Since as long as I can remember, I have counted a cat as a member of my household. Mmm kitties. I so wish I could own one now. My dad offered to buy me a scottish fold, and my landlady is offering me a free kitten, but sadly I absolutely cannot afford the $500 non refundable pet deposit. I guess it was just not meant to be. At least I have my mouse, and I love her to pieces.

$500! That is insane! The most I have paid is $200. Luckily this year, we had our pet deposit cancelled out because we agreed to watch their cats. :)
A mouse? What is her name? That is so cute....good thing it is not a rat like Scabbers! EEK!

The mouse's name is Deborah Hermione Ackbar, though I love rats too. A lot of my friends have rats and they're really sweet. :P
