Yeah, other than very easily crumbling to pieces it actually tasted like... cake. I have to say that I'm very sick of cake now though, which I never thought was possible.

I'm so impressed! As a quasi-professional cook I will admit I was doubtful of this cake's prolonged life at the use of... root beer instead of milk. But it looks rather... stable in that picture! Just... half-eaten. Good job.
