I can see clearly now the rain is gone...all of the bad feeling have disappeared

Yesterday and today are happier days for me. I was in a funk but the beautiful weather today has help a lot. Marketed, gassed, etc., cleaned out the inside of my car, laundry. Now I'm going to finish putting away the groceries and get out to sit in the sun. I'll keep Case company as she cleans out her car. Richard is mowing. I love the smell

I too love the smell of fresh cut grass.. and you know what struck me as funny this morning. I was throwing stuff in our big trash pile that is growing on the side of our house.. and there in the middle of it.. Is a Huge Sunflower.. About 4' tall. It hasn't bloomed yet.. but the flower is almost ready. I swear I had not seen it there. But damn it was there.. Growing so tall in the pile of rumble. How poignant is that. I need to put this in my journal I forgot all about it till I read your post.
