I remember: in Japan. We were eating at a Chinese restaurant, our group all sitting around a round table with Karen (in a private room, of course). We were having a conversation about religion and sexuality, I think. I don't remember anymore what exactly you said, but I was impressed. I thought, "Wow, this girl is neat." It was sad in a way, that we never really were allowed to have a group conversation like that again on the trip.

I'd say my most vivid memory of you is a big hug you gave me at the end of rehearsal one day, when we were in Twelfth Night together. It's the facial expression (smile, with a hint of a smirk) and outfit (all black) that comes to mind when I think "Jessica." :)
