Yesterday morning, randomly, I decided to check my bank account online. Was disturbed to see a HUGE debit pending. I don't recal spending so much money, or any bill that high. Called the bank in a panic, only to be assured that it was my mortgage pmt. WTF?? That is WAY higher than my mort. pmt

To think, I got mad when my escrow went up $4 and they didn't tell me. That is completely unreal.

That's so crazy, way to keep your cool. Sometimes when dealing with customer service people on the phone, I lose my cool and become very curt. Way to be, but that really sucks that it happened, sorry :-/
