Most. Depressing. Morning. Ever.
Man...usually, listening to my podcasts on the way in to work is a pick-me-up, but not today. I listed to last weekend's episode of This American Life on my way in this morning, and it's a doozy.

And on another TAL related note, remember how at the beginning of the year they asked people to give $5 to support the podcast? (the bandwidth apparently costs ~$125K/yr). I finally got around to sending them a $10 bill in the mail today.
They had some sort of special web page set up for it before, but I couldn't find it from their page. So, I just sent it to their offices in NYC, with a note for what it was. I said in the note that if it went to buy Ira Glass lunch instead of the bandwidth b/c I'd sent it to wrong place that would be OK too, just so long at it was some sort of activity to support This American Life.
