Advice needed: leading a book discussion session

I have been invited to lead a book discussion on Tanith Lee's BITING THE SUN at Orbital 2008 in a couple of weeks. I need some assistance in developing questions and leading a lively discussion. Is anyone interested in helping me bouncing ideas/brainstorming ways to lead this 50 minute session? Please let me know in comments.

I wouldn't mind helping you out! As an English major, coming up with discussion questions for one of my favorite books sounds like a great time. The only problem is that I won't have too much internet access for the next week (spring break etc).
