slather brisket with spice rub (i'm using Salt Lick rub from texasssss)

put in baking dish, fatty side up

cover tightly with foil

bake for 5 hours at 275

shred & mix with pan juices, season with salt and pepper.

barbecue sauce optional. om fucking nom nom.
