So here's the deal.... As of yesterday, the Elliot House is fucked... There was a person lined up to move in at the end of August... and was going to sign the lease on Monday... (The landlord is still set to show up on Mon.) But, this person... at the last minute... decided that he doesn't have any money. He can't move in. The Elliot house
