um... barely. you shrank it from a larger picture? does your art/photo program have a "sharpening" option?

Could you put the text in after you shrink the picture using tiny fonts? there are lots of awesome icon tutorial communities with well-indexed memory groups that might help. What program are you using to edit the larger picture?

Weirdly that made it worse - what worked (some) was actually to stretch it first so it looked horrible, put the text in big, and then shrink it back down again. *shrug*

the permissions are set to "Public". You should be able to see it
