I'm pretty much a fanfic virgin. Ok, so I've read a few. Mostly XF, and back in the day. Something about being handed a STACK of Lydia stuff on an already overly scheduled TWO DAY vacation just in case I needed something to read. ::eye roll ( Read more... )

Hah! :) OT3 has been around for a while, of course.

For the record, there are two OT3's I love - Doctor/Rose/Jack and Mulder/Scully/Skinner.

But yes, Torchwood is a grab-bag for fic. You really can't go away from canon for smut pairings.

I don't read much fanfic, either. Back in the day--when it was still print on paper, in small-circulation fanzines--I read a little Star Trek fic and a little more Doctor Who. I usually have fanfic-like scenarios running in my head for whatever show(s) I'm currently absorbed with, but the only one I ever committed to paper (or pixels) was a Doctor Who story--Sarah Jane Smith meets Jo Grant.

teehee. I've had a Torchwood story floating around my brain since I started watching the show. The thought of actually putting it to type? ::shudder:: Just not me.
