OK, this isn't any order, but just something i might add to when I think of something that irks me.

#1: Instead of laughing at something you said, a person just says "That's funny".

I mean OBVIOUSLY it's funny - if you think it is funny. The idea is to LAUGH... ha hahaha... hah haaa. Even a little laugh.
