I haven't made a pork pot roast in ages, so I asked everyone how they liked the one I just cooked. The kids whooped and gave it high marks, but Justin said, very noncommittally "I liked it. Okay, I need to know more about the pork pot roast! Size, cooking time? Dutch oven, roasting pan, crock pot? Sounds delicious!

I've been craving lasagna for awhile... maybe next grocery trip I'll get the fixins.

Anyway, I would love more details on that roast, which sounds delicious! Hit me up on Facebook if you get the chance. Size, time, pan or pot-- I'm still learning all the ins and outs of roasting larger cuts of meat.
