I haven't made a pork pot roast in ages, so I asked everyone how they liked the one I just cooked. The kids whooped and gave it high marks, but Justin said, very noncommittally "I liked it. Is there any kind of glaze we could make for it next time?" This was a shoulder-arm roast, rubbed with salt, pepper, rosemary, and sage, seared on all sides

Okay, I need to know more about the pork pot roast! Size, cooking time? Dutch oven, roasting pan, crock pot? Sounds delicious!

I've been craving lasagna for awhile... maybe next grocery trip I'll get the fixins.
