I totally l'dol when that preacher dude at Obama's inauguration said, "....help us work for that day when black will not be asked to give back, when brown can stick around, when yellow will be mellow, when the red man can get ahead, man, and when white will embrace what is right.” Ahahahaha!

Rev. Lowery is a hoot! But one you take seriously. He's a Real Icon of the Civil Rights Movement. I learned a lot more about him when I lived in Atlatna. He's brilliant at weaving humor and seriousness together. He's the Real Deal in many ways. I think he's in his 80's now.
