I suppose I should make a greater effort to become familiar with livejournal... I considered getting rid of it all together, but I am not quite ready to delete all the minimal effort I've put into it thus far. I guess I'm just not catching onto it as well as I did with facebook, and the whole concept of livejournal still seems a bit narcissistic

haha I never thought of it that way, but you kinda do have a point. =P But lj is also about comms, not just the narcissisistic rambling about your life! Though I do love the therapeuticness of rambling where people can read, my main addiction is to my f-list, where I get fic for all of my current obsessions and news on all my interests all in once place, PLUS I get to live vicariously through other awesome people who live in various places across the world and do awesome things like pretend to be journalists and meet Johnny Weir, and travel, and holy shit it was absolutely fascinating to read about how someone from another country views America (she had an internship here for 6 months or something
