IMPORTANT EDIT: And by the way guys, thanks so much for all the awesome birthday wishes last month! I wish I could be around enough to wish you all happy birthday when the time comes and write you glamorous birthday fic.

When I awoke, it was snowing outside. Snowing. Last week, we had temperatures at 85 and Saturday night, we were at 25. The ( Read more... )

Frankly I'm pretty much over clamp-rants too. It's really not worth it anymore.

Good luck with your studies.

Thank you. I'm not terribly exhausted by the studies, really, just a great procrastinator. That, and I feel the burden of being the anchor for my friends lately. It sucks that my life is solid and firm beneath me while everything bad thing snowballs on them. (Rant) That, and I'm not the best advice giver due to my lack of life experience. All I can do is listen to them. Anyway, that was off subject. But, yeah. I hope you're doing well, too. ^^ Hopefully, I can find some time to catch up with you and your spectacular journal. ♥

Hi Tanuki! It's great to hear from you again.

The weather is terrible where I am too. It never seems to stop snowing and it's always so cold. I had hoped that it would be a little bit warmer by now, but I guess I was wrong. Luckily, I don't have to worry about a vegetable garden being destroyed, but mom's flowers (which she planted a few weeks ago) are all dead now. And it was so warm two weeks ago...

I'm not upset about what you said about clamp_rants, but then I've never really been on there since I lost interest in all rant communities a long time ago.

It seems that you've been busy, as usual. I get queasy just thinking about what it must have been like to x-ray that leg. I really feel sorry for that woman.

Sorry. I'm just a wuss like that. I've always been terrified of all of the things that can go wrong with a person's body. I'm truly impressed by the things that you do.

Ah! It's good to hear from you, too! How's the writing going? I am dreadfully behind and have no idea about the state of things. :< The weather should be getting better here soon and it's not really all that cold outside right now. It's just that the extreme loop-de-loop changing of temps grates on my nerves and make smy system do terrible things (sniffles, dry skin, allergies, puffy eyes). Grr. As for our garden, all we can do is replant I guess, in the event that the new growth never comes. *sighs*

Oh, I do think clamp_rants has some intelligent and wonderful people in it, and some good points are raised by some of the members and yes, some of it is intelligent. It's just that so many people use the same style of sarcasm - the same battle tactics. And it is simply...monotonous, for lack of a better word. ^^; I've never posted there.

Well, I don't really do much, especially being a mere student. The doctors and nurses are much more amazing to me. Much more. But I do like interacting with patients and actually listening to them, and if ( ... )

How's the writing going? Horribly at the moment. It's bad enough that I've been suffering from writer's block for the past few months. It's bad enough that I can't write even one sentence without loathing it, but now I've pretty much run out of ideas too. Doesn't help that my RL is actually starting to pick up. My internship is taking up most of my time (I'm making a game. Yay!), and now I have a job to worry about too. Not that I'm complaining. I generally like being busy anyway.

I'm sure that clamp_rants has some intelligent and wonderful people in it. I'm sorry if I sounded rude before. It's not that I think badly of clamp_rants or anyone who is a part of it. I guess I've just too many bad experiences with rant communities in the past, which is why I tend to avoid them now ( ... )

Oh, it's not so much the mods, actually. I think you guys do a good job of keeping your thumb on the nastiness that goes on there. And I do get that the sarcasm you use is a tribute and a knock-off of the nonsense that others use, believe or no. :>

clamp_rants was cute and thought provoking ... until all nine zillion people with the exact same things to say showed up. It's amusing but it gets old pretty fast as well anything does when it's run into the ground. Sometimes it still delivers some amusement when something new is brought up. In some cases, I wish people would stop ranting and write fic or something to combat the stupidity that gets pointed out there. It seems more productive.

Good luck with school and I totally sympathize with you on the weather. ♥ Ours has been flipflopping for days now and I thought we were going to get snow yesterday and was grateful when we didn't.

Exactly. Exactly. I liked some of the older posts, and then the influx of brats seemed to drain the energy. @.@

I hate flipflop weather indeed. >.> Luckily, it only flurried here and promptly melted. :D

Really so and how many Fai rants can you read until you're like... D: READ IT! PLZ TO BE FINDING A NEW POINT. About the juncture where we hit who had the bigger angst, I started laughing because really, what does it matter?

Aww, that's good then. <3's We had snow for a day last week and it did pretty much the same.
