Thursday night I scored a slow cooker and a waffle maker. Today we tried them both out out, and success! yum.

Also go a delicious ice cream pumpkin pie from cold stone creamery. yuuuuuuuuuuuummmm good. Also fun to note that lawblaws is having an ice cream sale. =]

My slow cooker and my waffle iron are my two favourite kitchen appliances. make sure you keep the waffle maker very clean, though. Mold grows very easily on the surface of any waffle maker.

And I have gone to Loblaws twice to get the ice cream that is on sale. I assume you are talking about the 3/$10 Hagen-Dazs. Good stuff. I just finished a pint myself. Also of note that is on sale this week, McCain Deep Dish Cakes and pies are on sale 2/$3.

That is in fact the sale I was talking about! We got vanilla for the waffles, mint chip to go with bananas, and cookiedough.

I can imagine it would be very easy to cultivate mold. That's why I didn't like juicers as a kid either...

By the by, I feel as though the word mold should have more letters. Mould. Moulde. Molde. I dunno.

I currently have Mayan Chocolate, Caramel Vanilla Cone, and Dulce de Leche on hand. Good stuff.

I haven't tried ANY of those flavours.
I'm discovering though, that I'm not actually a huge fan of hagen daz. But that's okay. It just means I'll gain less weight during this sale!
