just to clarify, the day i found out that we nuked Nagisaki and Hiroshima [and i'm sure they're spelled wrong, but my meds are kicking in and i can't get dictionary.com to LOAD] i went home and asked my dad how i could stop being a USian because i didn't want to be a people that DID THAT. he said something snarky about how the Jews were almost wiped out by the Germans, and i said "Well, we didn't bomb GERMANY, did we? we left the WHITE people alone and bombed the yellow people
