YOU KNOW WHAT you will just have to suffer the same treatment.

As wonky as the premise of the prompt was, I always particularly liked that emotion-link fic. It is so delicious and it hurts deep and soothes just as deeply right after. AUGH I JUST

AHHH I can't get over how lovely that last one is--way to play that trope exactly right, my god, complicated and uneasy and with that quiet sweetness at the end.

Now, the act of speaking was more important for when their emotions could not be kept private, something had to be acknowledged on both their parts.

But, sometimes, words failed, and Altair could not even find the right ones to describe, apologize, or ask.

Ugh yes that's just so perfect.
