Wrist deep in flours, I think I'm having a good day.
Whipping up some baked good for Bob and Erin's Birthday extravaganza, a chocolate walnut cake with chocolate peppermint frosting and pumpkin spice cookies with sunflower seeds, and everything egg, dairy, and gluten free. Now as long as it tastes alright, I should be good to go.
