i saw both happy feet and an inconvenient truth, and i can safely say that it was no more leftist propaganda than the lion king. basically most moviemakers will hope that by getting interested about animals and nature, that kids will get interested about conservation.

so i'm willing to grant that there's an agenda, but there's always an agenda to kids's movies. that one certainly wasn't any more overbearing than a movie agenda that involves getting kids to buy cheap plastic crap instead of be interested in nature.
