Yesterday I had a fitness assessment done as part of the Canadian Health Measures Survey. Our address was randomly picked and I was the lucky one in the house that got to have the survey done. I already had an hour long interview where they asked many many questions about my lifestyle and general health.  That was painless ( Read more... )

I have been trying to lose about five or ten pounds, since I am unemployed and not very active. It really helped to find a workout buddy to keep me motivated and to set scheduled times to exercise. Don't give up.

Blah. This sounds terrible. If it's any comfort, I ate an entire box of Ritz to myself in 20 mins last night.

I don't blame you, I would be under the covers. It is not easy to hear. Seems that they were just looking for stats for the average community. Helping you was not their goal. It is nice that our tax dollars are adding to people's moral.

What I do is try not to compare to anyone else. FYI I have been walking home every night. I hate say this but you blog entry might be the kick start I need to get back to the gym. I am here for support if you need it.

Look at it this they just told you what thier view is. It is your choice what you do with it.
