So I've done the workout the last 2 nights and it is hard. Both times I felt like crying at about the 6 minute mark. It's the first time I've ever been happy to start doing ab crunches. I'm waking up sore. Going up and down stairs is no fun at all.
Despite all that (and in some respects, because of all that), I'm really happy with the workout
