Throwing away the past is a hard thing to do, but a necessity to grow! Forgiveness is a powerful word and action. Can't hold on to things that bear no purpose or meaning anymore. Gotta learn to let them go and move forward.

you don't have to necessarily throw the past away completely. but you can't think about it all the time, the "what ifs" and the regrets, and all that.
