The only thing I try to do is ignore my left brain when it's being a bully and move through life with a right brained perspective. I also work a lot with my intuition and my psychic abilities, so that keeps my right side really active. And I read a lot of Taoist and Buddhist text-- and that's all about your connection to everything and everyone and letting go of your ego. It's daily work though. I'm assuming after time, working more from your right brain will become a habit just like anything else.

Thanks! It just moved me so much. I try to keep her in my head every day and step to the right. It was nice to see science back up my spiritual beliefs too! LOL
