I've been doing a lot of this stuff while in school so I'm not stuck with turkey sandwiches every day. I do the liquids in the disposable tupper ware thingies (I save them though).

You pretty much summed up all the stuff I do. One other thing I freeze though is bread. Some weeks I eat it every day, but sometimes a month will go by when I don't eat it. Its a good way of not wasting $4 loaves of bread.

One more thing, I've made coffee ahead of time - sugared and lactated - and put it in the fridge. I've I've got an in-and-out morning, I put some in the microwave for a few seconds and go. And in the summer I don't even warm it up.
