Hmm. Is the animation style in NANA similar to Paradise Kiss? Also: is there sap? I enjoyed Paradise Kiss a great deal, but I generally have a great aversion to sap and romantic plotlines.
Yes the animation style is very similar. It's the same manga-ka and the same animation studio doing it, so there's a lot of parallels there.
As for sap... well I've on;y seen two episodes so I can't really say. I hinestly don't know anything about the story. One character is a rocker so I doubt there will be any sap there. The other main character is a little more girly, so there's potential, but I don't see it being really cutesy or anyting. I'm going to keep watching it so I can let you know.
I have a feeling the "romance" or "relationship" aspects of it will be along the same lines as Paradise Kiss, so if you didn't mind that it should be fine. Like Paradise Kiss, it's definetly a show for adults.
