[He motions to the wreckage that used to be his house.]

There's no town anymore.

[Answering Luke, a masked man steps out of the corners. It's Descole and he's carrying a tattered bag over his shoulders. If Luke would look carefully, the contents of the bag include soda cans at large quantities. He has an iron pipe in his hands for the sake of beating down whoever might get in his way.]

Help.

[Luke leaps back at the sight of Descole. Of course he'd run into him. A-and was he going to do with that pipe...?]

Do you have the leisure of discriminating in a situation like this? I thought the Professor taught you to look at any and all options when solving a puzzle.

[Despite the destruction, Descole seemed fairly normal. In fact, he had prepared for this sort of an outcome. This town had its own set of rules and this wasn't far from what it was capable of. He approaches Luke.]

[Luke takes a few steps back, trying to act braver then he felt.]

D-don't try to turn this around on me! You're the one usually behind trouble!

[Luke nods, looking worried.]

That's what I intend to find out. [Which is a more positive way of saying "I have no idea."]

What should we do now? There's nothing left of this place.

I think people are still around.

[Dick is a little scuffed up. He's been going through the rubble to see if anyone got injured or to find anything that can be salvaged.] Are you okay though?

I know...there's still two buildings that are still standing though. Everything else is gone though.

I-I have to find and stop Descole. He's going to try and kill the Professor, and no doubt he'll end up hurting whoever gets in the way.
