hey i saw ur post about running etc on another journal... I'm 14 so I'm not stalking, don't worry... I have to get to 43kg (i'm 5"3) if I'm gonna be allowed to do ballet and carry on with my life, because my parents and doctors rule it. I'm just so scared of the weight piling on as fat, and in unwanted places. How do u ensure it's muscle mass you gain - and not bulky muscle either. Nice muscle

But please help, this is probably the only way I'll gain weight AND AT THE MOMENT i KNOW i'M LOSING AND IF I LOSE TOO MUCH MORE THEN I'LL BE PRACTICALLY UNDER HOUSE ARREST!!!
also, ballet is really important to me, and i hear running is not good for it. and i can't start nrunning until i start gaing (mum's rules). Danke!
