Great job! Thanks again for the bike course map, it really helped. I loved the bike more than I thought I would, actually. That course is typical for the terrain where I live. The run for me just sucked, sucked, sucked, but I had so much fun that I reserved our condo for next year and we're recruiting friends to race with us. Now that I've "finished" I want to see how I can "race". Congrats to you! Enjoy the off season, you deserve it.

Cool, I'm glad the course profile helped, I felt I used knowing the profile to manage pacing and nutrition on the bike leg, it worked out pretty well :-)

I *loved* that bike course, nearly every downhill finished with a sharp turn, I got to exercise my handling skills, woo!

I'm already enjoying the off season, got in some rock climbing and the achilles continues to improve, tho I have to get into my Dr and see if we can't determine the underlying cause.

thanks!
