I got a text from Exdra today that she had received word from the court: "The court finds the judgment entered in error and orders the judgment of 7/30 vacated and the plan/def claim dismissed

Yeah she got it sometime in August. Her mother was just trying to have her cake and eat it too. She may have it but everyone knows all the drama behind it.

Oh Tarah! I'm so sorry. Even though theoretically I read everyone on my friends list, in practice I'm not good at keeping up, so I missed all this drama. I had no idea you had this going on during Califur, where you still found the time to be so kind to me. Your Hopefully this text marks the end of it and you can enjoy a clear 2010.
