I hate the gym

I thought working out yesterday killed me. OMG I woke up sooooo sore today. It hurts to laugh, it hurts to walk up the stairs. I know this is the good kind of hurt where I know I pushed myself the day before, but it still isn't fun. it could be muscle. that's what i assume it is because if you're eating the same AND you've worked out regularly, i highly doubt you could gain that much weight! i'm sure you're just getting fit and toned and as we all know, muscle weighs more than fat. even though you don't like the numbers on the scale, you probably aren't flabby anymore. you're one buff hottie now! lol. :)

most people actually eat more when they work out because their body demands more (no-brainer, but still). could that be it?
