Yes, but Jazz is in a hurry and Bee's a fast talker. Pain may be delayed...

Still a wee way to go yet for full resolution but we're creeping closer.

I really like the chapter. Wheeljacks regrets are touching and Optimus' thoughts amusing. Optimus can see Jazz's good sides but he isn't blind to the bad and ust plain dangerous ones.
Interesting was Jazz conversation with his team, he has really lost his good humour. Everyone was disobeying, but the icing on the cate were Bumblebee and Mirage. ^^ Hopefully he could get them to stop now.
Can't wait for the next chapter! I love what you're writing here. And thank you again for sending me the first drawings a year ago.

It's basically the same story it was before, just with a bit more editing (which it really needed) so if you remember the draft then there won't be any surprises but I hope it'll still be a good read.

Jazz has almost no sense of humour at the moment, not for his team anyway. He might even forgive them later (when things are sorted out and he's sure that his own secrets are safely hidden) but right now he wishes they were a little less competent at their jobs. ;)

Oh I remember it very well. I really liked it then already, but now it is a really good story. The editing improved it a lot.

The relationship between Jazz and Prowl is just as bittersweet as then. And I really can't stop wondering how much it costs them to keep up the decepticon the entire time. Never a too friendly word, never a wrong touch, never a moment too long together. And all that for millions of years without any break.

Jazz is a little stressed out, understandably so. ;) And Mirage and Bumblebee really are very curious here.

How many chapters does this fanfic have by the way?

Oops, just realised I never replied to this - sorry about that.

Chaos has 17 chapters, so we're nearly done. BUT there are going to be sequels. At least three, possible four or five. The first is one that you might have read on my LJ already (but which has also been hidden away), and then we'll get into the newer stuff. :)

SO BUSTED. Wow, who knew Jazz could be so scary when he decides to act like the boss? I'm betting that's the force of his ability right there; be the pal and friend 90% of the time, so the minute you get serious then everybody wets their armor. I was cowering in my seat! And poor Bee is just stewing with guilt right now, which I bet Jazz can smell. He doesn't even have to know, he just has to keep looking at Bee like that and sooner or later Bee will break. Jazz is Jazz, after all

Oh Jazz is a scary, scary mech when he wants to be. And although his team know that (which practically no-one else on the Ark does) it still catches them by surprise when he lets loose. And you're right: Jazz doesn't need to know what Bee's been up to, he can smell the guilt. (I think the same's true of Smokey, by the way)

I'm glad you enjoyed Prime's introspection about his wily TIC. He does like Jazz, he's known him for a long time, but no there's no trust. Jazz is a mech who does a particular job for him, and he does it well, but it's not a job Prime likes or even really approves of.

Mirage and Bumblebee are going to have to face up to their boss and if they're very lucky the worst that will happen is a serious growling. But who knows if they'll be that lucky?
