*snicker* Again a very good chapter and slowly everyone is stressed out. And I'm starting to wonder about this roster... it does not feel as if it got slagged up like this by chance. So who did it? And why?
Optimus is probably thinking of Jazz... poor Jazz.

I loved the moment First Aid rambled of to Jazz about bonding and Jazz - best actor of the Autobots Jazz - can for a second just stare at him with a blank face. :D

By the way, Prowl is a really good actor too. While with Jazz this is kind of expected, from Prowl it's a surprise. Mirage didn't even suspect that Prowl knew (guessed) that he was there (and he did know, I bet).

Everyone is stressed, and the roster is not helping. I suspect twin involvement, myself, but since Prowl is too busy with other things it's not being investigated. Yet. ;)

Jazz is very, very tired and stressed and being hit up for info on bonding caught him totally off-guard but thankfully First Aid kept talking long enough for Jazz to hide his shock. And the Oscar nomination for best acting goes to Jazz! :D

But you're right, Prowl's a close runner-up. This Prowl is quite sneaky, really. And yes, Prowl knew. He was the one who locked Mirage in there in the first place, probably to give Jazz a break from being followed, not realising the extra chaos all of that would cause, nor that Mirage might well be interested in him too!

They do live such complicated lives, don't they?

My head's in a whirl again, it's too hard to keep up with all this. I know some of what we saw this time around is overlapping in the timeline with last chapter and the one before that, so I've got to stay on my toes. Bumblebee's in hot water, and doing a serious tap dance just to relay that information to Mirage, the Ark is slowly turning upside down because of the neurotic roster that our suspicious OC has put in place, and now Jazz has to gently shepherd young First Aid through a talk on the birds and bees and why loving one person for the rest of your life is not a death sentence. Unless he's planning on leading Aid by the nose to the very opposite conclusion in favor of keeping his cover.

First up, sorry about the confusion. There are so many secrets in this fic I know it's hard to keep track of who knows what, who suspects what, and who's clueless.

Bumblebee's already in trouble, and Jazz is most definitely not yet finished with him, but for now he has some breathing space and he needs to check in with Mirage; at the very least in the hope that Mirage might have some information they can use as leverage against Jazz. No such luck, unfortunately.

Meanwhile our "suspicious OC" as you describe him, isn't making things any easier for Prowl while Jazz is being hit up for information on the one topic he wishes would leave him alone for a while.

For the record, I don't think Jazz will try to talk First Aid into a lifestyle of free love and no commitment. He's too much of a romantic for that. But this conversation is cutting just a little too close to the bone... (the wiring??)... for Jazz right now.

Hopefully the whirling will stop soon. *fingers crossed*
