Awww!!! Poor Rose! And I do love the time the Doctor is spending with Susan. It's doing him a world of good.

Susan certainly does ease his pain a little bit. Not enough... and not completely... but it's good for him to know that he is loved. :-)

And yes... poor Rose. I think in a way she has it worse than him. He believes she's wonderful and fine and living a life... she is burdened with the truth. And the weight of the need to return to him.

yeah, it's nice. :-) He's not alone, after all. Just as the Face of Boe said. I could tie so many things from Season 3 and 4 into this fic, but for the sake of time and my own sanity (and mostly because most references aren't enough to build a whole scene), I'm just hitting the big stuff. :-)

And I don't think he'll have any problem with admitting he's wrong when faced with his... error. :-)
