Just finished Batman: Arkham Asylum...

...and wow, what a great game. I wasn't expecting much from it, but it turned out a lot better than I thought it would.

I do have a few complaints about the game, though. It's nothing especially bad or game-breaking, but there are some things I kinda wish they had done/fixed.

- Boss fights were kinda... disappointing. Especially the last boss fight.
- I coulda done with a few more Batman villains, but ah well. They're probably saving it for the sequel or something.
- I'm not a big fan of the character models. They all just feel so... stiff. I get that they were trying to go for a realistic kind of approach, but it really doesn't work out that well. They really should've went with a comic-bookey kind of vibe instead.
- i hate fighting those goddamn big guys they're so fucking annoying

That's all the complaints I really have about the game, or at least the only ones I can think of right now.

Overall, I really enjoyed the game. It felt like one giant love letter to Batman fans, what with all the little references they put all over the game, and it not being crap.

But the best parts of the game defiantly have to be the Scarecrow segments. I'm not going to spoil anything, they just have to be seen to believed.

tl:dr - game's awesome go get it (not for $60 though. as awesome as the game is i'd recommend getting it for $40 or just renting)
