despite the fact that they're convenient, cellphones can be a real pain at times.

more specifically, having to deal with the people working for the company

rogers customer's service isn't really reliable. i know, i'm whining, i admit. Maybe it just have bad luck, but this is just plain ridiculous.

Haha. About phone companies, just go directly to a store branch flab-ee. They can't deny u there and u can complain all you want. And if they turn you down, tell em about how their phone service sucks. Just make a scene if you have to. The best line to use is: "I'm a freaking customer for # of years now, I don't deserve this crap from you guys!" But yea, you have to be more aggressive. Phone service is crap. In the end of the day, im pretty sure when you do get to talk to a proper "operator," he/she will tell you to visit a local branch. That's what happened to me and Sprint when I used to have it with Kara.

as far as i know, rogers store branch don't do anything other than "sell you a product."

i went to the ones in Billings and Rideau, and yea, they told me to call customer service.

how sucky is that..?
