Mars, Bars thoughts a week later...

Ok, so I'm sitting here waiting impatiently for tonight's episode of Veronica Mars to air on the West Coast, while trying to avoid looking at any comments from those who have already seen it.  So, I decided to write up/cobble together a few not-very-deep comments I've been tossing around about last week's episode, Mars, Bars.

Hello new friend! I've been meaning to friend you way back from reading your comments on miniorr's posts. Whatever the case, we tend to think along the same lines or you end up succinctly articulating what I've been thinking.

The same goes for this epi reaction. From the mystery scope, scavenger hunt rants, this irrational fury towards Parker as a character, Sacks love and Cliff/Vinnie gushing, I cannot agree with you more. Even though I've bet my money on Tim being the murderer, I've started toying with the idea of Landry setting up everything for the past few days as well. Looking forward to your thoughts on the episode!

Hi there! I've been wanting to friend you, too, since as you said, we tend to agree on a lot of things. And that is always nice. :)

About Parker, it is kind of irrational. I mean, she hasn't done anything wrong (yet, anyway). She's not a bad, horrible person, but I really don't care for her at all. Not that I hate her (like a certain other blonde character I don't even care to name), but still. I could totally do without her.

So looking forward to tonight's episode!

Vinnie and Cliff:
I swear they are the GREATEST RECURRING CHARACTERS of all time. Ever. Just one scene with either of them and I'm grinning for five minutes. I want a spin-off. Vinnie can catch bail-jumpers and Cliff can defend them!

YES!!! Hee.

They are great. I like them far more than I ever liked Lamb, and Vinnie is just about as scuzzy.

I am so, so tired, or I'd've had a better reply to this post.

You know what? That's totally true for me, too. That's so funny because I was just thinking about that a few minutes ago while I was eating dinner. I'd be absolutely heartbroken if it had been one of them who had been killed. Not that I'd hate the show for it. I'd just be, you know, sad.

(Oh, and I've been meaning to mention how really pretty your icon is!)
